WHIPSETTE orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it is handed to the shipping carrier.
Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Carrier transit estimates are separate from our processing time and may be affected by delays outside of our control.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders of $50 or more at checkout.

Returns & Refunds
Because WHIPSETTE candles are handmade products, we do not accept regular returns or exchanges. All sales are final unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Handmade Variation
Each WHIPSETTE candle is finished by hand. Slight variations in color, piping, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
